Came on 15 Nov at 2.20pm. The restaurant was not crowded as there were empty tables. Waited almost 40 mins for my takeaway order of 1 food item. Staff were not well trained to use the ordering system as I observed they only kept serving the dine in order but ignoring the take away orders. Only after enquiring and checking with them did they realise they left out all the takeaway orders. Few of us waited for almost 40mins at non peak dining service time. Furthermore the staff did not answer my question when i asked if they were preparing my food as she replied “No”. Then after that she said “she hasnt checked”. Please train the staff to manage the system as well as fronting customers as their service was totally unacceptable.
