Based on all the one-star reviews and complaints, the portion size is significantly smaller than expected and completely inappropriate. The daily bowl was filled to less than half—this is utterly unacceptable. I visited on 22 Sep at 5 pm, and the staff on duty were talking and giggling, providing extremely poor service. Is this truly what you consider a full serving? I firmly believe I should only be charged half the price for this.
Update: customer service replied on 24 Sep asking me to provide a receipt of the purchase. Please keep a copy of the receipt if you want to lodge a complaint. I find it ridiculous because I am keen to know who would have keep a receipt after consuming the meal.

Used to always get stuff’d here every week since I work around here. Used to have big portion size ,was really stuffed. Stopped coming after portion size cut lessen a lot and rude girl started working . Came back again today, they asked me what did I order I said daily bowl. Didn’t realise they took a wrong one from the grab order, thought it was mine. When we found out,rude girl was pissed. Another staff had to retake the same ingredients for my bowl and scooped even lesser than the previous bowl. Don’t even know if it hits the minimum weight anymore, they took it out super quick

The prices are affordable and definitely worth it for a healthy meal. There are plenty of options available, and you can customise your meal to your liking. I was also delighted by the excellent service from Evelyn and Raymund at the Jem branch. The portion sizes were generous too. Highly recommended! 🤩

I bought 2 Beef Quesadilla via grab. Order came in 2 seperate wraps, all veggies inside, no beef. I ordered this on 12/5/25 at 8.30pm. You guys better do a quality check on your staffs, im raising a report against you guys.

I bought a beef wrap and daily bowl for dinner at the Jem outlet. I usually enjoy stuff’d food as it is a healthier choice without compromising on the taste. However, I would like to highlight the lack of efficiency in processes and SOP especially at the Jem outlet especially during peak hours. Despite having only 3 pax in front of me, I waited close to 15 mins for my turn to reach the counter for the lady to take my order. After taking my order, she was distracted with the multiple delivery orders that keep coming in and she subsequently chose to do that first when I was standing right in front at the counter. She was doing that before my turn which had also resulted in the wait for the customers in front of me. There was enough manpower as the others were doing other tasks. But as a result of the multiple delivery orders, it led to a choke point and the queue got longer and longer and my wait time increased further despite already giving my order. When she finally completed the orders and got back to me, she completely forgot what I ordered and proceeded to add some vegetables which I said not to do so. The wait time (not to mention standing at the counter beside the huge kebab strove - hot!) plus the forgotten order spoiled my whole experience and dinner. I would like to add that the lady tried her best to service the crow but the lack of SOP and assistance from the rest of the employees really sealed the bad experience. When I subsequently told the other staff to provide feedback on the need to review their processes when peak hour hits, I was given a blank stare and somewhat miffed look as if it was an unnecessary scolding. Stuff’d management - please do review the processes to make it more lean and efficient. Otherwise a 20-30 min just to have take out food doesn’t cut it!

I've recently started visiting this outlet after work and am still getting accustomed to the ordering process. I am always served by a Malay uncle who is very professional. He guides me through the ordering process, ensuring I get the toppings and sauces I want. While I understand that expectations for service may vary, especially at a take-out kiosk, my experience has been consistently positive. The food is always well-packed, delicious, and professionally prepared. The uncle's excellent service is a significant reason for my pleasant experience. P.S. I stirred my bowl, so it looks a bit messy.

To share my recent experience at JEM branch.The food wrapping was too loose, resulting in the filling falling out while eating. I observed that disposable gloves were used without changing when handle both receipts and food, which raises hygeine concerns. Overall, the food handling and standards at this branch require improvement.

Ordered chicken kebab, they gave me pulled lamb kebab wrongy. I don’t even eat lamb. Freaking disappointed when I got home and it’s all wrong, wrong sauce, wrong meat, wrong everything.
Also when I was ordered, guy was not even paying attention, happily doing 2 kebabs, when I said 1 kebab only… Im like??? Then hes like what do you want for these 2 kebabs, I corrected him and hes like oh
Furthermore, he was listening in on others people convo, taking his own sweet time, chuckling and answering the 2 other staff behind, haiz, 手脚超慢
Can see that 2 other staff, these ladies were happily chit chatting away too. The one grilling at the end of the station too, thats why wrong kebab was handed to the cashier, the only saving grace as he attended to me really fast, and keyed in my order etc, while staring at the two ladies talking.
They had like 4-5 people inside? The whole process took more than 7-8 mins. Sian, so inefficient bro.

This is my daily bowl with the amount of base vege (lettuce) that is literally none. Please improve your training for your staff across outlets, this is the least amount compared to others. It’s a salad not a burrito or wrap, would need more veg. Pls improve and train the Malay lady with spectacles who served the vegetables and the younger Chinese lady who also rolled her eyes when I chose another ingredient from the other counter.

Mediocre food. Horrendous service from staff.
I was excited to try the vegetarian burrito bowl but to my dismay it was not that good. The staff over here just smashed the vegetables and drizzled very little sauce on my burrito bowl. What is even worst is that they were incredibly rude and there was no professionalism. I really am not going back here. I wasted 7 dollars on this burrito bowl.
