We always come here every after mass. Their signature pork ribs soup are so good even our toddler loves it. A little bit spicy but is very savoury.

We personally feel the food standard is still there despite having many chain stores. Service is efficient and attentive. Whenever you’re craving Pepper Soup Style (SG style) BKT, this place definitely hits the spot.

Had lunch at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh at JEM – the soup was peppery and flavorful, with tender pork ribs. Fast service and a comforting meal.

Goat of bkt The soup is great, the prime ribs are tender and has a little bit of bounce. They also nail the SOP to a T, clearly a franchise that keeps improving. No complaints at all

The food was great. The restaurant was busy, but cozy. The seating is spacious and the tables are big enough not to feel cluttered once the dishes arrive. The soup is perfectly peppery - just enough to tease the palette and taste buds. The tenderloin pork in clay pot style is amazing and I would definitely recommend this dish. This branch is a perfectly accessible place and delicious taste of Singapore (or is it Malaysia?)

Song Fa is a household name when it comes to Singapore-style Bak Kut Teh, and their JEM outlet delivers exactly what you'd expect-a piping hot, peppery, and meaty broth that warms you from the inside out. Unlike its more herbal counterparts, this version is bold and robust, pairing perfectly with crispy you tiao for that satisfying contrast in texture. What truly stands out, though, is the service. The staff are impressively attentive, always ready to top up your soup without you even asking, all while remaining polite and friendly. It's a small touch, but it makes the dining experience that much more enjoyable. For a comforting, no-fuss Bak Kut Teh meal with excellent service, Song Fa at JEM is definitely worth a visit.

Long queue at 6.30pm but we queued less than 20 mins cos the operations was really good. Have dined here numerous times but felt that the braised pork trotters are a tad bland this time. Could be braised longer probably. Soup as always so addictive and the refilling service was so efficient. Nonetheless still a great place for family dinners. Service was friendly.

A very delicious pork rib soup 😋. One of Singapore delicacy. Our family fave place for dining. The peppery & savory soup is the trademark, we can top up the soup & it's free flow. The pork ribs are huge & tender. Usually we'll have it with fried you tiao (dip to the soup 😋), braised bean curd & braised tofu.

Back to Song Fa again but this time at Jem outlet. Their bak kut teh is the pepper kind. Taste wise nice but the portions seem small for the price we are paying.
