A disappointed customer after 10 years of support. Would never buy from them again cos they handled my complaint poorly. Please double check those shoes with fluffy material n make sure there are no excess glue at the seam. Or rather run through all seams with your fingers before purchase. One side of my shoe was with excess glue. It rubbed against your skin and causes discomfort. Instead of been sincere with the POOR workmanship, they simply offered to cut away the excess glue and deemed that’s the best they can do. If they can really cut away the excess, I can still accept it. But sadly, it still feels rough to the touch. What is worst is that they offer a discount to buy a new pair. I will not support a brand that fails to recognize their quality issue. Indeed an expensive lesson learnt.
