I wish to compliment the young lady with a brown ponytail who served me on 4 Jan 2025 Saturday 11+ am and late afternoon. She was one of the nicest and most helpful sales lady I have ever met. Answering questions patiently about various school bags. Going into store room or side shelves to get new pieces for me. Waiting for me to decide which item I would eventually buy. Later, when I went back to exchange for another bag due to child’s preference, she did it with a smile. What a gem she is!

Went there on 24/5/24 at Jem around 8.30pm. The staff wearing tudung was very impatient in answering my questions. Please educate your staff ! Thank you

Hey ppl at Smiggles(Jem), yr store suppose to be a lively, happy place.... but what u ppl seems to have an attitude, bad 1 to be exact. My wife n daughter were buying stuff from there, spent about 40+ and is suppose to get a FOC item. Staff with traditional head scarf didn’t bother, wife had to ask for it, she just took out the basket of stuff n dump it on the counter with a sulky face. What a disappointment! Time to re-train yr staff.

Great items for younger children and teens. Very colorful designs of the items. Though, it might be a bit too expensive but overall, good store.

This place is good for school bags and school accessories like pencil pouches, water bottles, lunch bags etcs
