Value for money and the size is huge. This is create your own salad with grilled chicken, cost $11.5 and definately enough for 2 to share. Not easy to find this kind of healthy food at Jem.

I bought a salad from simply wrapps and it tasted so good!! it was really filling too and though the price was a bit high, I would still come here again because it's definitely worth it :) the service was good too and the lady who served me was friendly and patient with me even though I took some time to choose my toppings

Good food, super filling after just half of the wrap in my tummy. Plus according to the menu, the calorie count is low. However, the staff were not satisfactory. They seemed cold and robotic, and having downloaded their app, the staff passed around my phone and refused to acknowledge the 10% voucher that came with the “deal of the month”. That voucher meant $2 off my purchase, and being a customer for the very first time (I walked past and into the shop at JEM), I can’t but feel a little uneasy. Besides this episode, I would say the wrap was good, but at almost $12 without drinks, I wouldn’t say it’s value for money.
