Pleasant and good service staff to provide recommendations of blouses to try. Great shopping experience.

Horrible and rude and impatient Sales gal. I merely checking with my purchase and she push all the blame tat it was my mistake. I did not denied as true tat I trusted them and did not check items. She cannot even prove that they took the wrong items and ask me go online to check. Initially said allow to change items. Next moment just Bcos more ppl walk in and she just use I am unreasonable and brush me away. I did not even insisted that she offered to exchange next moment cannot. Bad altitudes sales person I am checking and told customer unreasonable. You lost another customer. Never patronise this brand anymore.
