First time visited the clinic. Location is very convenient. Staff were quite friendly. Went for scaling and polishing which cost about $109 for about 20mins.

There is a regular dentist from another clinic and I just did fiilings and teeth cleaning a week ago. However one of my teeth fillings was coming out and this was my first visit to this branch as I was in the neighborhood. I was skeptical after reading the online reviews but my tooth required attention so I had to called up for an appointment. Dr Ee did a check and discovered that the filling which I did days ago was falling out and another tooth with an old filling needed to be replaced. I was surprised initially as my regular dentist did not mentioned about the other tooth which required a new filling replacement. However I agreed to have it replaced therefore Dr Ee proceeded. Dr Ee informed me of each step during the procedure and checked in to the well-being. He advised that I should get an xray done and my last record at another branch was quite a nunber of years ago. I took an xray and Dr Johnathan reviewed the X-ray results with me. It seemed like the past treatments done by other dentists were imperfect and the quality of work was lacking.
Dr Ee had fixed the 2 fillings and the dental floss was able to slide into the space where the fillling meets the tooth and he did not rush through the procedure. He was quite chatty as some reviewed but probably he was being passionate about his work. The rates were considered on the higher side and rate adjustment for the clinic services would benefit all classes of people.

Went to Dr Willis Cheng for fillings and was really happy with his work. He took his time to do it properly, step by step.
Even used a DSLR camera to take photos along the way and make sure the fillings were done nicely.
No pain, no funny feeling after, just feels like my normal teeth.

I recently visited Dr. Willis Cheng for dental X-rays, gum treatment and root planing, as well as for the making of my dentures, and I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed!
Dr. Willis Cheng is not only highly skilled but also very patient in explaining the procedures. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The gum treatment was done meticulously, and I noticed a significant improvement in my oral health right away.

I was struggling with gum disease (periodontitis) and finally visited Dr. Willis Cheng for treatment. He thoroughly explained my condition with dental xrays (AI Analysis) and recommended root planing and deep cleaning to stop the infection. The procedure was surprisingly comfortable (thanks to his gentle technique!), and his team made sure I felt at ease throughout.
What I appreciated most was Dr. Willis Cheng’s honesty—no unnecessary upsell, just clear advice on aftercare (e.g., better flossing habits + medicated mouthwash). My gums have improved significantly—less bleeding, no more bad breath, and they feel much healthier. The clinic is clean, well-equipped, and the staff (especially the nurses) are friendly and efficient.

Came here with the intention to remove both my top and bottom wisdom teeth due to pain and was recommended by my previous dentist to remove them for hygiene reason. DR JONATHAN is very truthful and detail to describe the complication involved in removing the wisdom tooth. But to me, he talked too much and was very arrogant in certain manners which made me felt intimidated. The process of removing the wisdom teeth was painless because of the anastatic. I cannot even tell the doctor is working on the top or bottom tooth. The whole process was completed in less than half hour. However, as I was writing this review, I start to feel some pain when the numbness subsided. Took the prescribed pain killer to reduce the pain. Spent over a thousand to remove my wisdom 😄 good thing is amount is partially claimable through mediasave. Lastly, the clinic can be very cold for certain people thus please bring along warm clothing if you need to.
