I wish to compliment Yuky for her excellence in customer service attitude. Made my visit so welcoming and she's very helpful in resetting up my membership due to a technical glitch I faced in my phone app. So much patience to help me step by step despite the load of new stock arrivals waiting for her to unpack. Good product knowledge in helping me source for what I wanted too. Appreciate her help and love her services. Thank u so much Yuky 🫰🏻😊

They have a wonderfully helpful pet consultant named Jahrielheart and a friendly trainee who pays attention to detail and greets with a smile. Everything in the shop is neatly arranged, making each visit a pleasant one. Ever since I moved back to the West, this store has become my regular stop to top up on food for my cats and birds.

Shop is average size. Sometimes I cannot find the items I need but the service staff are always willing to help. Good attitude !

I just visited the store twice in the past few days, and Ela Low has always been friendly, proactive and knowledgeable about the animals and products as she answered my queries and recommended products. Many thanks for the wonderful service and keep it up!

I visited the pet store on 3rd July at around 7pm with the intention of getting two hamsters but I wasn’t sure of their own individual temperament hence I asked for the staff working during that shift her opinion on it. I was met with a condescending attitude. I’m not sure if she knew but I felt as if she was talking to me like I was stupid. Even though I told her I said I have experience with hamsters, I just wanted to know from her opinion which hamster has a better temperament. Her attitude basically turned me off to the point I just didn’t Want to buy the hamsters anymore. I understand she was trying to explain the expected reaction from hamsters but the way she delivered it was very condescending. Sorry but I will not go here again.

When I was buying sand for my hamster, the staff was trying to sell me this other brand which I had no interest in buying. The staff kept insisting though no matter how many times I said no. Kinda disappointed because the sand they were trying to get me to buy was the scented type and that can cause respiratory problems. Please do more research and educate your consumers on proper hamster care, please don't promote those bad quality items.

Love this outlet. Staff are extermely nice and helpful. Then staff even suggest some foods that are suitable for my dog after listening to my concerns and also give me some tips. Very good!

The shop is organized and neat. You can easily find the things that you are looking for. The small animal section is so clean and properly labelled as well.

There is a Lack of Space in the Shop. One has to be Careful abd Tactful in the store as shoppers movemebt is Restricted to a Minimum area
