Not sure if food portion is reduced recently? Previously when I dine-in and ordered takeaway, the portion was fine. But this time, this is all the chicken I got 🤣🤣 Feeding toddlers or what? This isn’t even student meal cause I would understand portion being smaller because of the price, THIS IS ala carte LOL Feedback to the staff and she said they only give 90g of meat, previously the meat was smaller in size hence it looks more ??? wot That aside, male staff at the door was nice and polite. Food was yum as always but need to relook into the portion.

The Queuing Experience can be improved. There are 2 queues and certainly the signages can be improved for better management. People will naturally join the longer queue and after queuing for sometime and then being forced out to go order first at the auto kiosk is not pleasant at all. Maybe the management can spend some $$ and efforts to do up a better signages QUEUE 1: Order and Make Payment First QUEUE 2: Join only if you have Receipt

The new order system is terrible. Hard for families to order especially when you have elderly or kids who need to look at the menu or ppl with young children who needs to keep their kids close by and safe. Now so crowded and messy.

I recommend to come to this Pepper Lunch outlet during non peak hours as during peak hours waiting time maybe up till 1 hour. I came here around 2pm with my friends and there is no waiting time as well. The food was PHENOMENAL! but can be a little pricey but there is a student deal going on within the price of $8-$10. Love it very much. Would recommend this Pepper Lunch outlet.

Located at Level 4 of Jem. Not a lot of seats in the restaurant, customer will have to wait to be seated. The restaurant is full at 1pm on Saturday, so take note and they do not accept reservation. Food is tasty... staff is friendly and helpful. Serving of the food ordered is fast. Food portion is reasonable as well.

Food was good, got a bit more expensive than the last time we ate. Service was good, just the slight smell because of the ventilation system. But not that bad if u sit further from the kitchen. Would still come back because I love their pepper rice.

Lovely food, amazing and friendly also attentive staff. Pretty efficient queue and wait times. Good environment, however when purchasing the beef pepper rice it is advisable to add more beef or op for jumbo. The beef provided nowadays is probably kinda lesser than past times. I would advise to add on maybe a few more slices!

Food is quite heavily seasoned, some might like it, some might not. Do take note that you need to self collect your drinks and sides 😉
