Very satisfied on my trip to Pazzion in search of a flat shoes for an evening dinner. I love the designs and quality in Pazzion. The staff, Valeria helped me a lot on finding the right pair. Thank you, would love to visit again!

Was at Jem outlet at 3pm, shop was overwhelmed with customers. Wee Wee was managing the counter as well serving customers alone. . She was cool and patient. I only managed to try and paid at 4pm. Great job, keep it up!

Bridal shoes, formal shoes, casual shoes! Pretty expensive, but good quality. Staff weren't so approachable, no warm smiles or greetings but still does the job without hitches. Waited quite a while to get their attention. Not much on service.
