My favourite paste is the cheesy crumble pasta. The creamy based is my all time favourite for many years. Newly renovated with new seating and clean ambience. Service is fast and efficient.

Had a really bad experience at Pastamania. I had one pasta on hold, and after informing the staff to serve it, I was told later that my pasta had been mistakenly given to another customer. I raised the issue three separate times, but nothing was done promptly. It took over 30 minutes before I finally received my meal. The workflow and coordination among the team clearly need serious improvement. It’s frustrating to wait that long for something that should’ve been handled with basic communication. Definitely not the kind of service I’d expect from a well-known chain.

I had the Penne Arrabiatta from the JEM Pasta Mania store and it was delicious. The perfect amount of spice and heat with a tomato sauce that hit the right spot.

Decent pasta and pizza at a reasonable price. The aglio olio pasta was very spicy. The pizza was just okay, while the cheese sticks tasted the best among the others. Ordering and payment were done through the QR code. There was minimal contact with staff, except for them bringing our food over. There were no greetings at the door whatsoever. Overall, you can’t complain about the services vs the price comparing to other options within the mall.

I had such a wonderful dining experience at PastaMania, thanks to the excellent service from the waitress manager. Fiana and team. She was warm, attentive, and very professional throughout. She made sure everything ran smoothly, checked in kindly without being intrusive, and gave great recommendations. Her friendly attitude and genuine care really made the meal enjoyable. Truly outstanding service – will definitely be back again!”
