Bought the bread sofa from Jem during the promotion. The manager is very nice to let us reserve the item due to the low of stock, he even called us every week to update the stock and reassure that we are comfortable. Kudos for the team. Best customer service ever

They arrange their sections neatly so that we can enjoy true Japanese products; from organic cotton clothings, small furniture, snacks and accessories. I bought some sna cks and the price is affordable. Although the cakes tend to be a little sweet for me (since Singapore tongues are being train to eat less sugary food). But sometimes the ingredients do specify from which prefecture its from. Even though the space is smaller than the vivo city outlet, I think it is worth the visit.

Horrible staff. Me and my friends were trying out the moisturiser testers when this lady came up to us as if she was shoving us aside. We came back the next day because I was contemplating whether to buy the moisturiser spray. However the same lady was there again, pretending to fix the position of the bottles on the shelves even though it was already neat. Obviously me and my friends backed off and went to the back. She had the audacity to look us up and down to judge us. Hello if you have nothing better to do at work don’t come give attitude to customer. This behaviour was unacceptable and I hope you guys could do something about it.

Items are so so but expensive. Does not allow exchange without receipt even though the tags r still there. However Muji japan allows echange or refund. Uniqlo is still much better!

Seriously need to send your staff for training. The service level is appalling.

me and my boyfriend asked for lost and found items. it was exactly 9pm, we asked the staff lady if she can help us check but she dint even bother to listen to us and kept saying we’re closed already. the customer service is horrible

My wife and I went to JEM Muji to look for a bead sofa cover. A well spoken gentleman helped us. He was really helpful and patient, helping us find the colour we wanted. Initially, we couldn't find the colour from the available stock and decided on another colour. We were walking to the cashier when he ran after us with the colour we wanted. He actually bothered to look again and found us our colour. We didn't get his name but are very appreciative. Great customer service! Thank you.

I went to Muji Jem. Saw there are items put up for 50%-70% discount. I took a packet of Matcha Chocolate coated strawberry. Upon payment, the staff told me no discount. Discount only for items that marked a line on the package. Is ok, I paid the full price. After payment, the staff said "HAHA, EXPIRE NEXT WEEK" - wt......

one of my favourite stores to visit, if not to buy what i need, its also to find ideas and inspiration, or just simply browse around. this outlet isn't very big (in comparison) but it still has a pretty good variety and range of their items in store. maybe not stocked well, but there always seems to be enough of what you want. staff here have all been very friendly and helpful.
