I had a wonderful experience at MoneyMax in Jurong Jem. I was first served by a lady named Jingle, who was very professional and patient. She clearly explained the options for buying or selling my jewellery and even gave me great price quotations—without any pushiness at all. Her service made me feel very comfortable and well-informed. When I returned on another day, Jingle was off, but the manager and staff were equally warm and welcoming to me and my husband. We were then served by Jason, who was extremely professional, friendly, bubbly, and understanding. He took the time to accommodate our needs and offered us the best prices possible. His positive attitude and genuine customer care really stood out. The overall atmosphere in the shop was full of good vibes, and we left as very happy customers. If you’re planning to buy or sell jewellery, I highly recommend visiting this MoneyMax branch in Jurong Jem. To the whole team—keep up the excellent customer service! At jem outlet today asking for help. Jeremy has patiently help me cut off my ring stuck which was for years. He was very cautious hurting me and very gentle and professional cutting off the rings. He was one the best service in service industry and his colleagues jojo chai are also very friendly and professional. She did also help assisting after everythingnwas done. Thank you guys. Highly recommended.
