I got my lash extensions done at Milly's Jem and I’m in love with the results! The salon was super clean and the technician was so gentle, I almost fell asleep. I asked for a natural look and she nailed it. The lashes are lightweight, beautifully curled, It’s been 2 weeks and they’re still looking great with minimal fallout. Definitely going back

I did the $68 lash promo. While it was inexpensive, the results were disappointing. The design was different from what was shown or rather there is no design just thick straight lashes. Multiple strands were glued onto a single natural lash, causing them to fall out in clumps and leaving noticeable gaps. The set didn’t last long at all unlike my previous experiences at other salons. I totally do not recommend this place.

1st time at Milly's to fix my bad lash extension done at another salon. Turns out fantastic. Chloe was great. Very gentle and swift during the process. Not only are they more reasonable in pricing, there is a complimentary touchup in a week and no hard selling. Lashes looked great.

I have been with Chloe since 2019, here are a few things that makes me a returned customer.
their lash glue is good but it also depends on your lash tech skills, chloe has never ever made my eyes tear before, she is very fast in her work and fast means good and durable. talking about durable, do mind that how many lashes drop per day or per week is solely depends on how you take care of your own lashes, do remember to brush always after shower or face wash. this is to ensure they don't tangle, and after brush can use cold air and blow dry, use cold air only ah.. sleeping pattern also plays a part too. so this totally depends on how you take care. My lashes done by Chloe can easily last close to 2 months, she is patience, fast, straight forward , no hard sell. 5 STARS FOR HER! :)

I had hydroglow facial and headspa with Linda at Jem and guys this is a real relaxing experience. There was absolutely zero selling and it was really enjoyable that you would want to come back yourself. The facial was alright but that headspa had a herbal aspect, essential oil and a relaxing massage even and you really feel light after. Thanks Linda! See you again soon!

Milly’s is a one stop location for your beauty needs. I come here regularly to my my lashes extensions and nails done. The Beauticians are very patient with your needs and will advise the type of lashes suitable for your face and eye shape. They are also generally quick and precise with their lash extensions. There are different price points for various types of lash categories, hence suitable for all types of customers. What I really like is their service recovery. After a lash treatment, you will be given a touch up card, in case anything happens to your lashes within that week. Make an appointment and voila, they will try touch up missing gaps, wonky lashes at no cost. Very reasonable. All in all an enjoyable and relaxing place to be at. It can get very busy during festive Seasons, so call to make a reservation.

An absolutely terrible place. To begin with the whole place looks pretty shabby, but I thought Milly's is pretty popular so their skills would make up for it. Unfortunately the staff could barely speak english. But it's ok, I just went for a keratin lash lift + tint. It was pretty fast but my lashes are crispy, fried & overcurled. I paid over $100 for this. Over the next two hours my lashes got even crispier. Be so fr.... What kind of lift is this.... I dmed them to ask for a fix but no reply.. then again the trust is gone. They don't do a good job.

Did the mi Kim k on promo and the lash did not even last for 2 weeks. Weirdly the lash on the right eye fell off about 90% within 2 weeks. Went to feedback to customer service on WhatsApp but was brushed off telling me mi Kim k is a natural lash, which has nothing ti do with how lasting the lashes were. So I stated that and was informed by staff an ‘sure’ and advise me to do unlimited volume style in future which again did not answer anything to my feedback. Also, the branch was next to restaurants and throughout the entire session it smelled of oil and smoke from the restaurant. The lashes were done openly with just small divider blind and it was very noisy throughout the session. Utterly disappointed and will never go back again.

Before going to Milly's, i often hop around lash salon as I was unable to find one that is able to produce lasting effects for my lash extensions. I have been going to Milly's for more than a year now. My eyelash therapist, Jiani, is a rare find. She is extremely skillful and fast - I am usually out of the salon in 40 minutes. I have never once felt any discomfort when doing my eyelash extensions and the best thing is the lashes last for a good month for me. Jiani is also very gentle during removal and I am sticking to her for a long time! To be fair, i think the quality of their glue and eyelashes are good as well to be able to have such results. The only negative comment that I would have is their pillow is not as comfotable as other salons'. They might wish to consider changing to a more cushioned pillow since customers are in that position for about 30-45 minutes.
