Elaine is great and very helpful! Even brought all the sweaters for me to try at my own time in the tryout room. It was a great shopping experience as she take a a lot of initiative and is able to recommend well on what would be nice to pair with.

Sales assistant Ling Yen is very attentive, she takes initiative to recommend various designs to customer. Before purchase she would also check for availability of new piece clothing for customer without being asked. She definitely understands customers' needs. Overall I had a pleasant shopping experience.

Had such a great experience shopping at Mango Jem! Ling Yen went the extra mile to check for stocks that weren’t on display and recommended really nice tops that suited my preferences perfectly. Brought my girl to choose her prom dress at Jem Mango and hope can get something here. We are still trying ^^. Ling Yen the fitting room attendant, she is very friendly and a small gesture from her made the whole trying experience so different. She asked if we want a pair of heels to match the dresses. She also helped to look for suitable dress for us and also find matching belt to elevate the look. Thank you so much!

I had a great experience at the outlet thanks to the attentive and helpful staff. A special shoutout to Ling Yen, who went above and beyond to assist me. When my size wasn’t available, she managed to get the last piece from the mannequin for me. Really appreciate her effort and excellent service!

Verlyn was incredibly attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable when it came to matching clothing for winter wear. She went out of her way to help me find the perfect size for my winter coat — really appreciate her excellent service! The store at JEM is also very well put together, and has a great vibe to it.
