Think twice before u sign up with Livspace. My renovation was completed 2024 January. Project was done by the team in Ubi branch but now they are closed. Custom made door was repaired once few months after handover. Now after less than 2 yrs the whole door fell off. I called their customer service (sg number) many times and I believe the calls all went to their team in India. They promised someone will get back to me but after many weeks of trying there’s no response. Tried logging a case through email. Someone responded and gave me a case number but nobody followed up with the repair after that. There’s very bad after sales service so if u wanna engage them just hope whatever they provide can last.

In June/July 2023, we signed a renovation package with Livspace during the CCS Mega Carnival organized by SP Group. At the time, we were assured that we could remove any items from the package that we didn't need and either replace them with other items or have their costs deducted. However, when we decided to remove the air-con pipe box, the interior designer informed us that it was provided free of charge, and removing it would not result in any deductions or the ability to replace it with other items. Furthermore, since we had already opted out of the painting work, we were told that any further deductions would leave us with no remaining items in the package. When I asked for a cost breakdown of the $8,999 package, the interior designer said no breakdown was available. Additionally, I was informed that Livspace had partnered with two banks to offer a renovation loan of up to $30k with 0% interest for the first year. However, when I inquired about applying for the loan, the interior designer told me it would not be processed in time for the renovation to be completed before I moved in, as Livspace requires full payment before they can begin work. I was also not informed of the full payment terms upfront. In previous renovation projects, a 5% balance was typically held until the handover. After negotiating, the interior designer allowed me to keep a balance of $3k to be paid later. However, when I asked about the handover of my new house, I was told I would need to make full payment before the kitchen cabinet tabletop could be installed, and only then would the handover take place. The painting work was originally included in the signed package, but since I did not need it, the interior designer removed it and deducted the cost. Before the renovation began, I asked the interior designer if I could proceed with my own painting work, and she confirmed that I could. After completing the painting, the renovation and wiring work started. I informed both the interior designer and the electrician that I would arrange for touch-up painting once the work was finished. When I inquired about cleaning the house, particularly the walls that were covered in thick dust, the interior designer informed me that wall cleaning was not part of their services. She explained that they typically paint in such conditions. I found this unacceptable. The quotation included the general wash & cleaning and yet she could reply to me in sure an excuse. To make matters worse, the package price increased from $8,999 to over $60k, and I was required to pay the full amount in cash, with no option to use a credit card (credit cards were only accepted during the roadshow for the 10% basic package price). Perhaps it is my fault for not thoroughly reading the 8 pages of terms and conditions. Before signing any package with Livspace, I strongly advise carefully reviewing all terms and conditions to avoid argument and any unhappiness.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Livspace IKEA Singapore to renovate the bedrooms and bathroom in my condo, and I have to admit that I was really amazed by the outcomes. They gave me a variety of design choices and assisted me in picking the one that would suit my preferences. The staff paid great attention to every last detail, making sure that every step of the remodeling was carried out flawlessly. The knack of Livspace Singapore team to maximize a tiny space is what most impressed me about them. They succeeded in making the most of the given space to produce a bathroom that feels opulent and expansive. If someone is wanting to renovate the bathroom in their condo, I would recommend Livspace. The finished product was beyond my expectations, and their crew was a delight to deal with.

When home interiors are done, I had a perception that the material would be sub-par. Last year, when I got my condo redecorated, I was extremely skeptical about the quality of material. After some online research I came across the Livspace Singapore through IKEA. When they presented the concept to me, I was excited and once they assured me of the quality of material, I was relieved. I now have a beautifully decorated home, thanks to the Livspace team. My family is happy with the top quality wood, tiles and fabric used for the job. I would definitely recommend IKEA partner Livspace Singapore if flexibility and top quality material are your priority for your home renovation.

I recently got an condo renovated by Livspace Singapore. Heard about them when I visited IKEA planning studio. My team had requested the interior designers to create an eclectic yet harmonious look and that’s exactly what we got. The quality of fixtures and other materials used for the project have been the best available in the market. The Livspace team offered distinctive ideas for design for our project. They are suitable for all budgets and provide the latest, high-quality home interior designs to meet your requirements.

Charles Tan from Livespace was excellent in helping us manage the project for our new home at Riverfront Residences. His strength is his ability to coordinate the heavy logistics of liasoning with so many vendors, ranging from carpenters to painters and zip-trip manufacturers. I was really grateful that he took into account so many details that I forgot and he gently helped me decide on colour schemes as well as materials so that our house became a home under his expert facilitation.

Went to see these people a few months ago at Ikea Alexandra . Arrogant and unhelpful. Then I went to the Ubi branch last week to try a different team to give them another chance. Supposed to call me to set appointment for Wednesday, tomorrow, and never heard from them. Do not deal with this unhelpful unprofessional company.
