I was impressed with the sales lady that served me with a great service attitude. Initially, thought of just grabbing a pair of jeans. Later, ended up buy 3 pairs that cost me an investment of about $180.00 No regret. The sales lady was not pushy. Very friendly and courteous.

Had a good service experience with luke and shida at jem levi for getting 2 pairs of jeans, boyfriend jean and 501 corp jean. Satisfied with the shopping experience. Highlt recommend for good service

Great customer service. Went on 15 July 2023, the salesperson there is superb. She helped to find right sizing, suggested which colorway, provided expertise regarding alteration length. She remains bubbly even when I tried out 5 jeans. Ended up getting a pair of 501 in medium wash with original hemming alteration. Overall was a really pleasant experience. 👍🏻

I love the kind lady with glasses in the yellow shirt, so nice and caring went out of her way to help me find xs jacket for my bf :") thank you so much to her! Everyone else was super smiley and caring too. Felt so welcome! Thank you

10/10 on service! Hena is extremely helpful and attentive. Very wide merchandise, giving it one less star as the fitting rooms are not wheelchair accessible. Management should at least put a proper sit down chairs
