Tried online ordering for thr promo ^^. The whole process was smooth and manageable. Do remember to screenshot your recipe. There are also reminders that pop in your notifications to collect your food. Though it states 15 minutes, the staff were fast. Definitely recommend you to find a seat first before you dine in!

Staff was not very polite. Asked whether if I could have two chicken thighs instead and was told it would be 1 big piece and 1 small piece. Then took the big piece out of the box that had been prepared and exchanged for a smaller piece. Then told me she could only exchange the chicken wing for a drumstick. :(

Loved the newly renovated space. With automated machine where people can pay by card quicker. But not able to have a refill, maybe u guys wanna look on that. The mega zinger burger was a lil too much for me. Red onions inside with very little sauce? Really?

Was here for breakfast. While KFC has never been known for its breakfast options, the experience was regretfully sub-par. Special order turned out wrong, food portion was miniscule (compared to rival fast food) making the price so not worth what you are getting. Drinks were so diluted it tasted like flavored water (yes, even when no ice was added). The redeeming qualities include: crispy hash brown, attentive service crews, and clean bright space. This review is for breakfast experience only.

Has good 'for one' menus. Ordering is pretty easy at self-ordering kiosk. Was served faster and the place is clean as well. Nice ambience, ok for small groups of 4. Recommended.
