Was craving for it's warm and savoury mac and cheese and the corn muffin, and ordered the quarter chicken set with brown sauce, thinking that it would be a hot and satisfying meal as I was surprised this branch has a nice restaurant ambience. When food arrived, brown sauce and chicken was not hot. Like room temperature cold. Baffled. Tried the mac and cheese and it was flat, cold, and lack the slightly salty and savoury warmth of cheese. So was the mashed potato - the potato was half clumpy and seem under cooked inside, and the gravy was cold. Really Disgusted. The only saving grace was the muffin, which was hot and good as usual. Went back to the staff and told them the sides were cold and they microwaved it, but it was still delivered back lukewarm. The branch seriously needs to look into how they keep their food fresh and to serve quality food - wasted 20+ and touched only half the portion.
Malay lady at the cashier counter service was friendly and warm. But think all the staff in the branch needs staff training to focus on delivering fresh, hot, food

There weren't many customers when I arrived. Ordering at the counter was seamless, and my food was promptly served to my table. This was my first time trying their food. The coleslaw wasn't to my liking; it was a bit bitter. However, the chicken and macaroni were not bad. The muffin was an interesting take, making it stand out. Overall, this place feels quite different from the usual restaurants you find in every shopping mall, which is a nice change.

Disappointed with the quality of food. We ordered salmon with pasta, and the chicken chop with pasta. The food was cold, greasy and felt like it was straight out of the microwave. Mashed potato was super dry and cold.
Don't fall for the fancy merchandising outside the restaurant and the attractive offers.

Roast chicken taste great. Mac n cheese also good. Had a sumptuous meal. They have the set lunch including a soup and drink and it comes with their muffin which is very nice. Worth it! Will visit again.

We ordered 2 sets of Kenny’s Quarter Meal. It was a great disappointment. They served old and cold fries and chicken thigh (paid extra $1 for the upgrade from chicken breast to chicken thigh). When I told the waiter that the fries were not fresh, he just gave a smile. No apology, no effort to redo fresh ones. The sauce for the chicken was horrible. We left it untouched.
The standard of the food has dropped tremendously since we last came here 2 years ago. We are definitely not coming back.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, allowing my sister and I to join tables even when there was just the two of us. The food was yummy too, I’m a huge fan of the sautéed veges yum. Service was fast too (though I was there during off peak). Will definitely come back again.

The outlet visited: Jem
Had my first worst experience at this outlet for the first time! Previously went to the outlet at JB and had no issue. We went to the Jem outlet during dinner peak hour and was surprised to see the outlet was almost empty. I guess it was a warning sign but I failed to see that.
The mac & cheese was served cold, the muffin wasn't baked properly or not fresh at all (got sandy texture inside), onion rings were not edible as it was overcooked (also served cold) and the mash potato was spoilt! I thought it was just my taste buds that didn't agree with the mash potato but my partner confirmed it that it had gone bad just by smelling it...
My partner requested one of the waitress to pack her leftover cause she couldn't finish it and the waitress came back with a plastic container expecting us to pack it on our own. I'm ok with packing the food by myself but why do I have to fork out the 10% service fee if that was the case???
Employees at that outlet were not helpful at all. We had issue ordering the food using the phone in the beginning but none of them could explained it to us what was the issue. Instead they just ask us to order at the counter.
Thank you for reading the long review. But I highly recommend anyone out there not to visit this outlet until there's improvement in their staff and the food they serve.

Visited the Jem outlet and it was my first time eating Kenny Roger’s but it is sooo bad that I didn’t finish my food, I had to wait for my drinks to come and constantly reminded them to bring my drinks that took 20-30min, they were just packing orders which they seem to be very keen on rather than serving dine in customers. Chicken was bloody inside couldn’t eat Don’t come to this place at all! Waste of money.
