Hi, I am a regular customer of your brand shoes JWest . I have had purchase 2 pairs of model A04031CU n worn for more than 2 yrs. Bought last year same design different colour from your Vivo outlet worn only few times the cork on the shoes peeled off on both sides of shoes . Please advise .
