At Jem. I had a great experience with Fish, whose name is as unique as her service. During my session today, she demonstrated both friendliness and patience, carefully explaining the Trilight treatment for me. Her advice regarding skincare products was very helpful. Fish took her time to ensure the treatment was properly done, which I really appreciated. Keep up the fantastic work.
Enjoyed my second session! The lights were a little intense, but the warm feeling was nice, and my face feels lifted. Looking forward to seeing results on my pigmentation and aged spot. Thanks for the post treatment care reminder to moisturize and use sunblock regularly.

Today i got to experience the complimentary face treatment using trilight technology. A new offer from Japan IPL. Ive got excited what will be the result…the staff who do my treatment explains clearly whats all about and im very satisfied with the treatment. My face becomes more radiant, clear and smooth. With that, i purchased the two promotions the 50sgd they have for the face treatment and 60sgd for treatments on other parts except innerparts (brazilian). Also, i do again my usual treatments brazilian and underarm. The service is excellent and all the treatments were good. I always look forward to do my treatments monthly in Japan IPL. Ver much recommended to my friends and colleagues.

After some persistent convincing from my wife, I finally booked an appointment. I'm glad I did! The service was excellent, and the team, especially Fish and Eunice, made the process quick and comfortable. I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that a lot of male customers come here. It's great to be on my way to being free from daily shaving.

Staff who attended to me is gentle and kept me informed of every step, always checking on my comfort level as the treatment progresses.
My personal opinion is that JIPL need to invest in better eye guards/shades to protect customer's eyes as the light pulse is very intense.

Started IPL here since many years ago. Their service is always fast and good. No need appointment, just walk in, it’s really fuss-free. Their staff are mostly msians and are all very friendly, helpful and with good service.
Japan IPL will always give a small and useful gift (pen, wet tissue, tissue etc) everytime after you visit, it’s a nice gesture. There’s also online account so you can keep track of your shots and transactions.
Most importantly, the IPL works. I started many years ago with underarm treatment and then extended it to Brazilian. They will upgrade their machine over the years without charging more, it’s more painless than previously. Highly recommend to anyone, I have recommended it to some of my friends too!
