Horrible place. Staff are not trained. They make you pay for a package and then change the rules as they have different staff every day. If you dont want to loose your mind.. Stay away

I would like to complain the staff Grace. She keeps playing her phone and don’t try to look after baby. What’s worse, she is very attitude since I signed package with her colleague instead of her. I think this is Grace’s castle, not happy castle. If you don’t sign package with Grace directly, pls don’t go.

Not recommended as most toys spoilt and the toys they have is designed for sand, so didn’t work as expected. Staff there doesn’t really care about the children and her job, mainly focus on her phone. Much different experiences with Jurong Point outlet.
