I think you need to display n store the eyeliners correctly because whenever I buy it it’s dry! Keep it downwards so that the ink flows to the tip. It’s been a lot of times that this happens as well as other guardians outlet I’ve bought at. At first I thought it was a product issue, but it happens to other outlets I buy at too.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a pricing discrepancy and the handling of my purchase at your store on March 19. I purchased an item (Eye Mo) that was labeled on the shelf at $5.55. However, upon checkout, I was charged $6. When I pointed this out to the cashier, she checked the system and informed me that the promotion had ended, but the price tag had not been updated. Instead of honoring the shelf price, she simply offered a refund without any acknowledgment of the store’s mistake or an apology for the inconvenience. I was expecting a price adjustment to reflect the displayed price, rather than a full refund, as I still wanted to purchase the item at the advertised cost. This experience has left me dissatisfied, as I believe customers should be charged based on the displayed price or at least receive better communication and service in such situations. I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement measures to ensure price tags are updated promptly and that customer concerns are handled with better professionalism.

Planned to buy quite a few handful of products, hence pushed the trolley at the side of entrance. Was informed by staff that trolley is for placement of promo pamphlet, asked to buy recyclable bags at $0.50 to hold my products instead. 🙄 While queuing to make payment for 11 products, surprise...surprise...things start falling on the floor.😔 What happened to baskets for customers to place products while shopping? Guess if one wish to buy a more than a couple of products, probably wiser to go over to pharmacy shop starting with W... they provide baskets ..... ✌️ Only consolation was a courteous cashier who was busy manning 2 points of sales...

Big area with different sections. Health, hair care, skin care, Lots of everything. Some value buy if it is on promotion. Some other items much more expensive. Friendly place to shop area. At basement.

At about 635pm on 22 Nov 2024 I went to make a purchase and tried to buy my items. When I on the Yuu app there was a promotion for $8 discount for $75. When I told the staff about it, the old Chinese auntie just closed the $8 discount screen infront of me and tried to trick me into buying without the discount. I walked out open my Yuu app and located the discount and asked a young Malay staff for help. The staff name on the receipt was Zurina. She was helpful and helped me to refund and make a new purchase with the $8 discount. Thank you for your help.

I wished to purchase a BP monitor and told the staff that the item can be opened and we can look at the item. She agreed. Then she went to help another customer. When she returned she told me off for opening the plastic bag which was NOT sealed. I just wanted to determine where the batteries went. She went on to get mad at me. I told her I was going to get it and that I didn’t want an unpleasant shopping experience arguing over such a small matter. When I was about to make the purchase, she again resorted to being rude and said you will buy but not the one you opened. At this time, I did not take another item to buy. I was still holding the same item. She was just being sarcastic unnecessarily and making shopping at Guardian at JEM hell. That was the last straw - I did not make a purchase. To Guardian Management, please educate your staff as I will definitely not buy from the same staff again. It’s ridiculous to be put through such an experience.

We asked for one item which were not on the shelves and the girl said "we have received stock". She left the sentence hanging without answering if she will or will not help us. We ended up leaving without buying. Big store, you have to know what you need to buy there. If not, you won't get any help.

The pharmacist refused to serve us despite queuing for 15 mins. He wanted to leave on the dot at 8pm when we were there since 745pm

Called to find out whether it has the item I am looking for before we make our way to the store. Got no reply after 4 calls.

Part-time n Full-times Staffs are quite bad attitude n never serve customer service well.They need to go service course.
