I would like to compliment Joyce, Yuki, and Abbie for their excellent service. They were all incredibly professional, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. Each of them took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions that suited my preferences perfectly. My mum and I were assisted by Abbie today who provided excellent service! She was patient and never pushy throughout. She listened to what we wanted and suggested a few pieces for us to try on. The other colleagues also helped out while we made our purchases even though it was past closing time already. We’re very pleased with the beautiful jewellery we bought with Abbie’s advice ❤️ Will definitely come back to make future purchases :)

Went to countless jewellery shops to scout for wedding bands. Chance upon Goldheart Jem outlet. Came across, one of the friendliest staff Abbie Yap.. Was very patient, detailed and gave us recommendations and ultimately purchased from her. Awesome service!! Thank you Abbie

Abbie Yap is very friendly and helpful with my requests and requirement. She is very patient with me showing me difficult designs and explained the difference with me. Really appreciate. Highly recommended. Got my first gold bracelet with her with superb experience.
