I bought a tripod with light yesterday. the male staff never give receipt and when I am using it the light keep dropping off yesterday today I went to ask for an exchange the female staff there said no receipt cannot exchange and not trying hard enough to help. I didn't get the stuff for free, I paid for the items hello? This is the quality I get? Never coming back to buy stuff from there ever again lousy service and attitude problem. I hope other customer will not experience similar situation as me.

always good to have one of these "small gadgets et al" stores - where you can get stuff like phone and charging cables, small cheap toy gifts, small fans and lights, etc. staff here have also been pretty friendly and helpful so far.

Bought a usb c to earphone connector. Very bad. Not even 1 week spoilt. And as staff never give reciept, go back not willing to change, ask for office number pretend to not know until i have to find it myself. Attitude very bad, After call office they change for me, and still spoilt. Pls dont buy from this scam company.

Yesterday when to the shop and want to paste the screen protector the staff tell me that they don't have when I ask when is the stock coming the staff say how I know this very bad attitude.my family member ask about the power bank the staff that the power bank can bring to overseas I say ok this power bank got how long warranty the staff tell me powerback only have 7 day warranty my family member get a shock $59.90 power bank is only 7 day warranty.this is a scam shop I can't believe this a power bank $59.90 only have 7day warranty.i will never walk in to the shop again.IS A SCAM SHOP BETTER DON GO IN .

Used screen protector along with the case. Spent around 50 dollars. The staff helped me to put the screen protector right.

Service lady was lowkey rude. Did not help her case when she placed the screen protector on incorrectly. Realised it after I tried putting back my phone case on and the phone case could not sit right on the crooked screen protector. Service lady did not offer to readjust and just kind of forced the air bubble out despite it being crooked. Would not recommend u getting ur screen protector here.

The earpieces that they sell are of poor quality. The microphone of the ear piece sounded soft. Furthermore, there is a buzzing sound on the right side after fourdays days of use. The ear piece costed $17.90. Hope those people who are looking for a ear piece would not consider to purchase it from this shop. However, the staff are pretty nice even when i didnt have the receipt and tried to return it he explained to my multiple questions patiently. Overall it was a bad experience but the shop isn't all bad.

The female staff named "shuzhen" is very bad in attitude. I purchased a Note 8 UV tempered glass but within a day, lots of bubble appeared at the left bottom of the phone screen. This is apparently a issue of product quality or poorly installation skill. So I came back the next day to feedback. When I enterred the store, this female staff "shuzhen" is playing phone and doing make up. I recounted my issue to her then I turned unbelievably harsh shouting at me and furthermore use "law" to threathen me that they are not liable to the defect. I aksed her if she's referring lemon law, she become quite. This is really the epitome of worse customer service ever. Please train your staff to treat customer politely and be kind. Your staff attitude really sucks. Her name is shuzhen at Jem outlet.
