DO NOT come here to print!!! Total scam!! Glossy paper printing only costs a few dollars, but they charged me $20 just to print a passport photo I already took myself!! Staff never informed me in advance — whether you take the photo or just print, they charge $20 anyway!! For documents, they didn’t even ask and straightaway printed in color — a few pages cost me $15!! Absolute black-hearted shop!! Stay away!!!

Before leaving negative reviews, it’s good for us to pause and reflect on our own behaviour and attitude towards the sales personnel. When we point one finger at them, three are pointing back at ourselves. The golden rule still applies: treat others the way we would like to be treated. I saw her store was crowded with 3 women discussing about which frame to buy and another lady waiting outside. She smiled at me when I approached her for passport photo. She asked my mum to sit down first. Saw that she has not finished her lunch, even I went back later to collect our photographs. It is not easy to mend the shop alone especially when the crowd all comes at the same time. It is already hard to employ staff and I ask the customers to have compassion towards them as they are trying to make a living. What they need is encouragement and understanding from us. Esther, you manage well and I hope the management will allow her to go for a proper break to have her meal like I see some other retail shops with a sign "Went for break, will be back at ......" with a chain hanging across the store. Be kind, be gracious.

We needed passport photos for our family last night, and the girls in the shop were so friendly and efficient! They made the process quick and easy, and the photos turned out great. Really appreciated their great service!

Very bad experience. System down still accept orders. Waited from 6.13pm till 8.30pm and all i get is 'come back and we refund you'. Why customers choose to go express is because of the express service. If you cannot do it, you should have tell customer that you are not able to wash out the photos today.

I got 35x45 size photos for EU visa. 4 pieces were 20$ but Singapore photo same size where the photo is negligible zoomed out has a cost of 16$ per 8 pieces. I cannot understand the explanation they provided as only the face height is 3mm more compared to SG version. Can anyone explain this 😄? How the cost increase by 26$( for 8 pieces) just for tiny negligible difference?

Would give zero stars if that is an option! Wanted to print 3 self taken cropped photos from my own photo gallery in 3R size, not for ID nor passport purpose. Staff INSISTED because its cropped, we must print passport size 8 pieces at $10 per set. So it would cost me $30 to print extra photos in a format I don't need! Ridiculous inflexible and downright silly!! In the 15min we were there, at least 8-10 people walked in enquired and walked out after speaking with the staff, so tells you how much their price and service sucks big time.

I am sure staff are unprofessional. They gave incorrect size for visa photo. Wasted S$24 for only one soft copy.i strongly suggest to Next customers to choose Other Studio.

If FOTO Express is yet open, you can search for the nearby "Photo Boft" that provides photo printing services, just located within 20m away, besides the travelater/column.
