I have been a customer time to time. Bought a Family Fun Bundle Box today as a gift, and was thinking that for 82, the amount of cookies would be decent. But turned out it had only one SunnyDays Tin (210g) worth 23.80. Maybe I should have clarified before making payment (can't change after payment had been made). So almost 60 dollars were for some Sesame Street aprons and stickers. Am I out of touch with prices nowadays or should Famous Amos really need to rethink their pricing? It would be nice if all items in the bundle were clearly listed so unsuspected customers can make more informed decisions.

Cookies are always great, but... Service at this outlet is poor. Young lady manning the register both inattentive and unclear. Prices have quietly gone up 5% from just a week ago. Their new membership system is silly, it doesn't even begin to cover that price increase.

I bought choco chips 200g $12. I paid using krispay $11.16. I topped up $2 in cash and ask for my change. The malay lady didnt check and busy keying the delivery order and tell me my transaction is done. I had to ask again after she was done. Another of the malay lady standing beside her speaking in malay that i should give exact. If i have exact do i need to give $2? It not like i give $50 for a small amount. So rude and bad service.

Friendly and helpful staff. Chocolate chip with peacan is top flavour and better than the original one.

the more trained staff is rude, there was some miscommunication but her immediate reaction was to get annoyed edit: i’ve been seeing online posts about how people are able to redeem the free birthday gift of 200g cookies without minimum spend, when i went to this outlet earlier this May, the same staff told me I had to have a minimum spending of $10 and declined to give me the free reward. i think the management needs to look into her attitude and service and train her properly again.

Was in already in a not so good mood so wanted to get some muffins to cheer myself up. Encountered rude and impatient staff. Bought 4 muffins. One muffin was much smaller than the others and I told the lady there. She not happy liao. Then I wanted to take some time to decide so I asked her can pay first while I decide, she started to grumble. Hey it was only less than 5 minutes. I didn't ask her to wait 1h.

Very slow. I ordered the cookies at grab at 6.22pm They were packing the cookies until 7.30pm Only to arrive my house at 8.10pm.
