A trip to a supermarket is one of my favourite pastimes. I normally like to visit during off peak hours as I don’t really like crowds.
This is one of the better FairPrice supermarkets in Singapore. Big, clean, spacious and sells quite a lot of stuff.
For vegans and vegetarians, there are plenty of plant-based items too. Happy Shopping.

** 素 means vegan / vegetarian

Spent more than "FIFTY COSTLY DOLLARS" (>$50) worth of Anlene products at the Anlene Roadshow booth at JEM NTUC's entrance but left disappointed coz can't even get a mere tote bag to be packed into it. The sales personnel just loosely gave me the products with the redeemable voucher(s) & a container?! Technically speaking, their promo posters are somewhat misleading & the sales personnel can be that "calculative" when we hopeful customers think about it accordingly, in terms of the "overall" free giveaways, which should include 2 more tote bags as in my case in fact, but not even one?! Shall think twice whenever i come across this brand. First impression counts, mind you!

Hi Ntuc... I am very proud to share my good memories on visiting jem ntuc at 9pm last night grocery shopping w my daughter n met a Very polite, friendly patient great wrking attitude staff Shanti I who served us at the DIY cashier counter.

I would like to commend on ground staff at the customer service kiosk at Fairprice Extra JEM outlet by the name of Ms Dewise Lim.
I visited and shopped at the mentioned outlet on 19 Oct and was unsure on how the requirements for the home delivery were and decided to approach Ms Dewise Lim. She was very much helpful and accomodating through her words and guidance, carefully explained the step by step details on how to go about the process. Hence, I asked for her name after that and decided to give good remarks for her.
All in all, very much indeed I had a very pleasant experience at the outlet and would recommend Ms Dewise Lim for a recognition for her patience and utmost kindness in serving her customers.
Once again, hopefully Fairprice backend team would convey my many thanks to her!

Located at the basement, Its a big grocery space so you can almost get anything you need. very clean and neat environment and things are conveniently available. Can be very crowded.
Over all appreciate the store's wide variety of groceries and household items, along with its organized layout and clean environment. Its considered a reliable and comprehensive shopping destination for groceries and daily neccessities, especially appreciated by residents and visitors in the Jurong East area.

Today happen to visit to Singtel NTUC at Jem, just want to check my phone virus is it can be settle. Spend one hour with your staff Jacky, he very patient and helpful on helping me to resolve my problem, but at the end it was to hard to clear the virus and with his recommendation I purchase a new Oppo Reno 14 with him
We also meet ntuc staff Terrance, he also very helpful to us too

Brought some yogurt and beer and wanted to use voucher by self checkout,I was separate the payment to use the voucher,first payment never scan the plastic bag. But I always scan at second payment, got one aunty just walk to my beside and take out my receipt and said never scan the plastic bag,I told her I will scan in second payment, but after scan the beer I can’t scan the barcode for plastic bag,she answer me very rude. Why cannot? Who say cannot? If I know can then I won’t let you scold

Horrible service by cashier Ong Bee Lin. Rushing customer for payment and unapologetic even though there is an error in the system. To the management, please look into the service level of your checkout staff which affects the shopping experience greatly.

NTUC is located at basement of JEM. It opens early. Convenient place to get your groceries. Items are well placed and easy to find. Self-checkout is orderly. Staff are ready to assist.

Bought $60 worth of product and got 2 points when to the self check out and found 1 abandoned 1 point when to pick up the he stuff in charge at S11 - S16 counter took it away from me and say I can't take it. Bro it abandoned and I pick it up. What give her the right to take it away.... There isn't any rules about I am not able to take the abandoned piece. Came jem ntuc at 25 Oct 2025 3.15pm hope ntuc can educate this auntie.
