Do not buy from eu yan sang Jem. Lousy sales person. Enquire about birds nest hamper and not even keen to help to check stock from other branches. Asked me to go and buy directly from the branch that have that hamper. Not flexible and show no initiatives to assist. I went to hock Hua and hamper was sent the next day! Impressed with Hock Hua service.

If I can give negative star I will. I just recovered from Covid but the cough did not go away so was thinking of getting some TCM to help. I called EYS Jurong to make appointment and this lady told me they don't take patients with cough issue. Then I asked what kind of patients does EYS see then, she said those with body ache issue. I then asked so for the past 2 years you have not been seeing patients with cough issue, she said:"er.... yar...". Then I said I just recovered from Covid if you are concerned about. Then she started to ask if I am self tested and suggested me to wait for a while longer if the cough is still there then SEE HOW. It is really a disappointment as a medicine practitioner, I feel that they should not choose their patients. Moreover I have declared to her that I just recovered from Covid. The clinic can have me go through all the protocols but instead it rejected me without even trying. It is a shame that a well established clinic actually treats their patient unfairly.

TCM Clinic. I call to make appointment, not answered. I walkin, receptionist say fully booked. But i saw only 1 person waiting. My leg pain need to be treated but the whole scenario is like my fault. No comment. Just feedback.

I would like to express my sincerest thanks to Rachel and her colleagues at Eu Yan Sang Jem. Rachel took initiative to helped me with choice of a great gift idea and made arrangements so that we could send to our colleagues asap as a surprise. Rachel was patient and kind in her communication, really helpful. Turns out that my mum is a regular at the branch and Rachel recognised my mum's name even! What a pleasant surprise and when I asked my mum, she immediately said that she loves visiting Eu Yan Sang Jem as the staff there are really really nice, helpful and friendly. Thank you all for the great experience! We really appreciate it!

If I could select half a star I would have do so. Their customer service lady was rude, they should send their staff for proper customer service class. Would not recommend any of my families or friends, worse TCM ever.

Unprofessional doctor who over- prescribed medication to earn more. Uses fire cupping technique which is much more dangerous than suction method; they will make you sign a liability waiver form before that so they will not be held responsible should anything happen to you. Visit at your own risk.

Prompted to buy their ginseng wine twice as gifts. Should be good. Texture of the bird's-nest is quite international and modern revolutionary.

Very rude receptionist and unenthusiastic TCM Dr. Don’t even bother to explain my condition properly despite me asking for more information. Waste time. I’m quite done with Eu Yang San clinics, to be frank
