Then Dila was very knowledgeable in explaining the invoice and what terms mean etc. They made the whole experience not stressful and that was what I was looking for. Visited the store for the first time last Sunday even though I’ve been working in the office tower for years ended up going back again today (this Sunday) because my first experience was so great thanks to Rohayu. She was genuinely pleasant, friendly, and made some really great recommendations. What impressed me even more was that she actually recognised me today and greeted me warmly it felt like catching up with an old friend! With how easy online shopping is these days it’s rare to find this level of personal service in a store. Today we went to courts jem....empty store and the malay guy not even assisting the customers and finally when he came over, didnt even measure the product properly and not explaining anything about the product clearly.
We then went to courts jurong point, older store but malay salesperson there was better along with the chinese promoter.
They explained the products well along with measurement instructions of our older model fridge to replace the old fridge we already have and we are going to buy from courts jurong point, as the service is top notch there. Courts jem salesperson cannot even be bothered about serving customers.
