Had a really nice experience with Mag! She was super helpful in guiding me to the right necklace and even shared a few creative ways to style it. I also found a lovely brooch that’s perfect for my event. She made the whole shopping trip easy and enjoyable.

Mag was very helpful in assisting me to choose a suitable birthday gift for my friend. She offered to show me popular and dainty designs which are good choices for young adults. Impressed that she has great taste in picking accessories based on customer’s needs! Would highly recommend tertiary/college students like myself to get their gifts from Chomel due to the variety of designs and affordability :)

Magdalene is a great customer service representative. She does not hover around which is important for an introvert like me. She is patient and recommended what goes well with the brooch im getting. 1 star less, i want more choices.

I would like to commend Magdalene for the excellent service that she has provided me through the years. I have been patronising the Chomel JEM branch for a couple of years and Magdalene is always there to provide me with her good recommendations. She is very patient, friendly and non-pushy and she pays attention to the customer's needs and budgets. She has good jewellery fashion tastes and will recommend beautiful jewellery to suit different age groups. It's truly a joy to be served by her and she is definitely a great asset to the Chomel company. Thank you Magdalene for always giving me such a wonderful experience shopping in the JEM branch and I look forward to my next visit! =)
