We were very impressed with the service provided by your staff, Jasper (Challenger Jem). He was extremely patient and took the time to assist us with our handphone screen protection, making sure everything was done perfectly and that we were happy before we left. He was also very knowledgeable about the charging devices and gave helpful recommendations. His great attitude, professionalism, and pleasant demeanor made our visit truly memorable. My husband and I were very impressed with the excellent service provided by the Samsung handphone promoter and the Indian cashier. Both of them attended to us with great patience and professionalism.
The Samsung promoter was extremely knowledgeable about the product and even volunteered to help my husband set up his new phone. His sincerity and dedication to his job were truly commendable — well done!
As for the cashier, she was very patient and took the time to explain the membership application process. Thanks to her helpful advice, I was able to enjoy many benefits, including the Lendlease promotion.

Very bad Experience today.
I bought Iphone 17 pro today at JEM Jurong East @ Challenger. The staff I asked and the lady at counter , they just make me feel like I come and take free from the shop. They don't smile and plus no feeling care or don't want to answer anything we ask. Since we are visitor to Singapore, We also need to claim GST and asked for instruction. Only the guy at the customer service is good. He smile and explain everything. After All I feel like satisfied by the service. Other promoter and staff and counter people are really bad altitude in servicing. I also went to Harvey Norman to buy the case, very very good experience. Nothing like challanger , welcoming and warming service. I will never buy anything at challenger. This is just honest review , also I feel like personal.

I just went shopping for my new headphone in JEM challenger and the girl called Grace help me all the things. That young girl literally explain about which earbuds is good with some informations. At first I was thinking about to buy at glance but haven’t decide yet but she the one who made me buy this Marshall major V and it’s so good tho. Just a recommendation to shop with Grace from challengers JEM.

First time buying IT from this store. Although I am not a member of this store, I do really appreciate their services.
The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a JBL gaming headset from an Indian guy yesterday afternoon. He suggested me to get that instead of the one in R***, thumbs up for his service.

Challenger is always the place to go for IT stuff. I came to look for a laptop that appeared in a poly brochure. Gary served me and showed me the exact thing, same price, with additional $50 off. With membership I got another 2% cashback. Gary also helped me set up the computer, and was very patient with my many many questions. All in all a 5-star experience!

Just bought a TP Link Tapp D210 video doorbell camera . And at first was quite confusing with the instructions and a female staff called Shin assisted me . She even showed me some video so that I have a clearly picture and understanding.... Thank you so much for your assistance and helpfulness..

Indian woman Moganapriya at cashier has attitude problem. Ignores you and keeps talking to her colleague.
And Challenger offers you unnecessary phone insurance while the phone already comes with insurance.

I was at Challenger Jem on 24 May 25 and needed to buy a travel adapter urgently. Denise offered her help and she was very friendly, patient and professional with the explanation as there was a wide selection in the shop. Even though she shared that she was on internship, she was very professional like a full time employee. All the best to her :)

Mr. Hill was very kind in assisting me even though it was 9 pm. Ended up getting a nice Asis Zenbook OLED with his help. The other employees were very friendly and approachable as well.
