Exceeded expectation. Delicious fresh dim sum. Fish porridge is so good. Frequenced on a weekday from 3pm. Members get to enjoy 50% discount for long list of dim sum pieces.

Disappointing service. We were there for a birthday celebration. The food input order was wrong despite our order list being correct. First it was a missing drink which was fine but then it went downhill from there when the claypot dish which arrived last was wrong. Initially the staff said they would make good on the order and that it was fine to carry on eating but then the manager came back as we were halfway done on the wrong dish and took it back. Leaving us to wait another 10mins for the remade dish. Highly unacceptable service for a restaurant. Its fine to take it back but at least let the diners know their options before doing it.

Food is served promptly and is delicious. However the dim sum is not served pipping hot. Deco and ambience is great but hope some of the parents can control their kids. No longer toddler but whining and shouting. Really spoils the dinner experience.

Absolutely loved this place! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about our dining experience. Will definitely be back again.

Our total bill came up to $118 for 2 people but we left feeling totally unsatisfied and did not enjoy the meal at all. My mom does not enjoy heavily seasoned food but even for her the food here was bland. Even the tea was diluted and not fragrant at all. It was the first time in awhile that we have left the food unfinished without asking for takeaway containers. My mom has eaten at their other branch at Buona Vista and said it was way better than here. Definitely would not come back here. JEM has a lot of other food places to try. This food here is a definite waste of calories.
