Benjamin Barker provides affordable fashion that's comfortable for men. Their interior decor of each retail outlet are easily recognizable by how organized, classy and yet simple at the same time. The design of their clothing lines are simple, with the material used in their men's apparel being durable yet smooth and comfortable, similar to how they designed their store front.
With plenty of outlets in Singapore, I am impressed with how they have cultivated the attitude of their staff in their outlets. Their after sales service and exchange policy are dependable. I approached their staff by the name of Jason whom assisted with my exchange. He was not only helpful but friendly and professional at the same time.
There is an ongoing sale, if there are any considerations to experience and get a feel of their apparel, the best time would be now.

Sharon assisted me in choosing 2 suits for my upcoming event. She was very helpful and gave very good advice in picking colours and sizing. Initially i was settling on the wrong pant sizes for the colours i wanted but she recommended me more alternatives and im happy with the new colours which came with the right sizes. I visited the shop at JEM on 18 Dec 2024 around 7.30pm. There were 2 employees in the store, the female staff was standing at the counter arranging the paper bags while that guy staff just stand there. None of the staff came over to see whether I required any assistance, as they are busy chatting. I have to approach the guy staff to get his assistance and he don’t seem friendly. After trying the clothing, I wanted to approach the guy staff for assistance, but he was busy chatting with his colleagues and I was so disappointed with the bad service, I decided not to buy. When I returned the clothes to that guy, he was telling his colleagues with a sarcastic expression.

Shali from Benjamin Barker JEM is an exceptional staff. Visited the store both times on a weekend evening when somehow she was the only one manning the shop during the entire time. She diligently served different groups of customers as best as she could, making recommendations, measurements, or checking stock at other outlets. She remained professional, very prompt and effective to each customer's needs without being too much in a hurry. No customer made a fuss at all, they all could see she was doing her best, and it was sufficient. Happy with the purchases too

Did some last minute shopping of suits and was met by Miss Naqiya and her colleague Sharon (think so). Naqiya was most patient without being pushy, and was accomodating to help with bringing out the clothes and shoes of different sizes. She has an eye for details and could really give a good and honest opinion to help with the choices. Sharon was helpful and both were a great team to run the outlet! Most happy with the purchase and the experience! Keep it up Ben Barker and treat your staff well!
