Nice Thai food but serving size couldbe a tad bigger. Dropped 2 starts for a 2nd visit. Very salty beef noodle soup and the dry beef noodle is WAY too spicy...

My first visit to Bangkok Jam aoutlet - what can I say ??? Great value for money joint. I wanted to experience something different, so went for the Spaghetti with Prawns in Coconut Sauce ( $12,00+) Wasn't sure how it would turn out, but it was a WINNER ! This is a classic example where east blends with west to produce a hit dish. Love the ambience, service & unlike other restaurants which charge for water, over here its complimentary ! Can't wait to bring my family here

The food here taste good. A bit pricey compared to other thai food in Singapore. Soft shell crab with yellow curry has got the highest votes among friends.

No Positive in terms of taste or value. Food items have a strange taste to them, especially their grilled chicken and beef. It seems like the meat has been frozen for a long time before being used in our dish. Prices seems very high for the quality and very little quantity of food that they serve. Charged a service fee of 10% but we did not even have water served to us, had to do self service so not sure why there's any service fee for essentially the bare minimum of just having dishes delivered to our table. Food is substandard in terms of taste too. Very disappointing.

It wasnt really a good experience. I went in with high hopes as I had previous good experiences from about a year ago. However, their standard dropped a lot. The portion sizes are extremely small. I ordered egg noodles with bacon and the crab meat was cold even though the noodles were hot. It is obviously canned and put on the noodles afterwards. The server kindly brought it back to the kitchen but the issue was still the same. I just said that the food was fine as I was really hungry and I really dont wanna waste my time here. The table beside us came in at the same time and they sat there for 40 mins before they asked the server where their order was. It turned out that their order wasnt keyed in even though it was taken. A bad experience. Even with 50% off I wont come back.

I read a lot of reviews complaining about the pricetag, which they thought it's a little bit too pricey comparing with the serving portion. To me, I only visit here when I get a good deal from Eatigo app, which vary around 30-50% discount and it's a steal. Sometime the food is very slow and they compensate me with the free drink.

Wanted to try here on 18 May for dinner at 7.30pm+. Waited 10mins and right in front was another family. A waiter came to us and told us we needed to wait 40 minutes for food as there were only 2 chefs. Restaurant was not crowded nor fully occupied. less than half capacity and seats were definitely available, but the restaurant could not manage for an additional of 4+2 pax in queue. The family in front and us left. They are not interested to cater to customers, and we will not be interested to try out in future.
