Amazing staff, wide selection of ring with fair price points. They offer great after care: polishing, resizing, also engraving.
Really appreciate the sincerity and thoughtfulness of staff Melody. She went the extra mile to help me find a ring I liked, was extremely helpful and patient with us. Feeling so blessed to have met her as it is anxiety inducing to make such an expensive purchase and she understood my needs and helped me find a perfect ring at a fair price point :’)

Such a pleasant experience here! Staff Melody was very patient and explained thoroughly the processes and lead waiting time, did not rush us at all and even kindly told us that we can consider and come back if we decided to purchase after taking up her time.
In the end we bought from here as the designs are unique and we loved the service! ALUXE also has a good catalog of platinum rings, which is quite hard to find. Highly recommend!

I get to know about ALUXE at a wedding fair and I spotted an engagement ring that truly caught my eye. I decided to keep it in mind, but when I visited the ION outlet to check it out, I found it was beyond my budget. This led me to remove ALUXE from my options. However, a friend shared her wonderful experience at the JEM outlet and highly recommended Christina to me.
I took her advice and scheduled an appointment with Christina at the JEM outlet, and I couldn't be happier with that choice. Christina had prepared a selection of engagement rings that matched my interests, and she quickly recognised my preference for a six-prong design. When I discovered that those rings were still out of my price range, I asked if there were similar designs available within the budget. Christina promptly selected several alternatives, and eventually, I found the perfect ring that fit within the budget. Throughout our appointment, Christina was incredibly patient, addressing all my questions with care and demonstrating a keen understanding of my preferences. After our meeting, she even followed up with a text, providing details about the engagement ring’s model, the diamond's quality, and photos of the ring. Her responsiveness to my inquiries was impressive.
Among all the jewelry stores I visited, Christina's professionalism stood out. She was the only one who took the initiative to follow up, even though I hadn’t made a purchase that day, as I intended to buy at the next wedding fair.

Was service by Christina. She patiently explained to us the ring details. There was a follow-up sales via Business whatsapp to keep us updating on the ring and other enquiries.
In addition, proper handover was done due to staff rotation. Gwee Ying handled my ring service and advise me accordingly.

Bought Wedding Couple and Engagement Ring with Staff Melody, she is nice and polite. We went to the shop twice to test and ask for price cause we forgotten the price hahahahah.
We confirmed the purchase after considering and went to their for the third time to purchase.
