This was my first to visit the store at JEM. It was neat and well established. The female staff, Karen, was welcoming and clear on her approach about my queries. She is very tactful and professional in her interaction. Will definitely spread a word around on their services and quick display of deals.

Went Allu at Jem today(2nd visit) serve by Ria, she's a true professional, always patient, polite and giving the right advice. Highly recommend to look for Ria and Allu - giving a good price for sales of pre own bags. Definitely will recommend Allu and Ria to all my acquaintance.

It is my first selling of luxury bags with Allu. Visited the Jurong branch and had a very pleasant experience. Ms Zoey Lau has been very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will return when I've more bags to sell.
