We visited Airbot @ JEM and was attended by Kai. He was attentive, patient and excellent in his product knowledge. We bought the X40 Ultra model which is kind of love at first sight. The product I heard is made in Singapore and I wanted a smaller vacuum without the expensive pricetag of some big name brands. Got it today at 4/3/2025. Yet to try and see how the device will be like in my car and house. In the shop the product such as the Airbot hypersonic max seems to be the best price and good suction so far. Do find Irene or her colleagues to share with you the products. 1 year warranty as I heard. Irene was patient to answer me, even though I asked a million and 1 questions. Thank you Airbot. I will follow up in a few months time.

I visit personally to the Airbot shop to checkout the Hypersonic Max, whether I like the weight of the cordless vacuum cleaner, how easy to change the attachments and the manoeuvring. Like it and bought it. I am assisted by Irene, raining her with my questions about the product I am purchasing and other Airbot products. She is most helpful and patient with me, excellent customer service ❤️ - a very happy customer here.
