Went to jems outlet after work yesterday. Served by a small Malay lady named Tini. She's very helpful and patient as we took some time to decide what to eat. She also gives good suggestions. Every front counter must have a staff like her. Well done. Food is yummy value for money with a blind box giveaway makes it more fun.Will visit again soon

Everything that can be wrong is all wrong, never ever coming back to this outlet Food: Ordered the regular signature mix combo (soy, seaweed). One of the chicken pieces is spicy. The fries don't seem to be a lot (I might be nitpicking). The "lemon tea" turns out to be water (see photo), drink machine didn't indicate that it is water or not to take the lemon tea. Service: the cashier seems unsure, mask was not worn properly, drops paper cups onto the floor but puts back into the dispensing pile Atmosphere: came about 720pm, fairly crowded, managed to chope a seat. Problem is seats are configured in 4pax. My table was canniblised and I was asked if I could change seats to accomodate other customers. Side note: rubbish bin was full of the tin trays and leftovers, wasn't cleared till later

Good experience today. Service is fast, chicken is crispy, delicious. Not crowded too ... easy to get table.

I ate this for the first time today...and I want to give my honest feedback. Wow...the portion size is good ...but the oil content 🙄...too too toooooily...we also ordered cheese fries...which was the best...the rice was cold ,the chicken has a sweet taste and nothing spicy about the food. The best way to eat this food is either hot or warm...

Crispy korean chicken drumstick and wings with spicy sauce and garlic sauce. Both version tastes great! Only complain is the size of the wings and drumlets are a tad small. This store is dim and not much live, maybe its because its tuck at the corner of the mall. Service is abit slow.
